ETNtrade is committed to your satisfaction with any and all Products or Services in which you invest. To ensure that our customers have ample time to consider their decision, ETNtrade offers our customers the following Refund Policy with regards to the different products offered:
Trial: You may not cancel and/or receive a refund for any ETNtrade Trial Offer. These offers are designed to give Prospective Members an inside look into the workings of ETNtrade, and in many cases the fees paid are able to be applied for other ETNtrade Products. Please contact Customer Support with any questions pertaining to upgrading a trial into a full membership.
Boot Camp or 7-Week Training Classes: If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel within 7 days of your purchase and/or enrollment in the Training Series, or before the conclusion of the first class, whichever comes first. Upon cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, provided that you have contacted ETNtrade in writing by email or standard mail within 7 calendar days from date of enrollment and before the conclusion of the first class.
Recurring Monthly Fees: If you are subscribing to one of ETNtrade's monthly service, your account will renew on the 1st of every month automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to 12:01am ET on the 1st of each month. While we strive to work with and accommodate our Member's needs, there will be no refund or partial refund for a monthly paid subscription unless previously authorized by ETNtrade in writing. Therefore, any cancellation request will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
