REFUND POLICY

ETNtrade is committed to your satisfaction with any and all Products or Services in which you invest.  To ensure that our customers have ample time to consider their decision, ETNtrade offers our customers the following Refund Policy which goes above and beyond that of the required 3-Day Right of Rescission:

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of your enrollment as a Member of ETNtrade.  Upon cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, provided that you have contacted ETNtrade in writing by email or standard mail within 7 calendar days from date of enrollment.  If you are subscribing to a monthly service, you may cancel your subscription at any time.  There will be no refund or partial refund for a monthly paid subscription.  The cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
